instagram is a hog-wash app that banns me for no reason and THEN has the audacity to tell me my phone number is invalid and that i can only log in if i wait 24 hours so this app can go die out.This app need to grow up and understand that people should be able to voice there opinion even if its bad but because if you cant take a little criticism then dont get the app.I had this app for 1 day and got banned for saying something "offencive" even tho it wasnt that bad and they need to chill out p.s Adam Mosseri keep your doors locked and stay safe since you wont be for long <3

Hello, I’m from IndonesiaI had accident and get fraud after respond fake post at IG. This content should not approved to be post. Their content is used Brand Bank. Its really dangerous content and seem doing by professional people or internal subcont of that Brand to scam credit card people. They pursue and convince people with the same process like the real process. They had posting 5x in short period time with similar content type. I had send request review the post directly at IG and I had send an email to support IG. IG should compensate my lost due to their lack diligent on sorter the content prior post. I had financial lost $1500 as fraud used my card for unauthorized spend at that time. Please provide us a high quality and trusted content or post. IG should not allow everybody without complete check and reason about their content or post. Please help to reduce cyber crime to act and deceive us through your content or post.

If I could give -20 I would! Totally biased towards what the public have to say. Somehow can't refresh my feed because I sent a message asking why when we state our opinion they take it down if it doesn't fit their agenda. Told them if you don't like freedom of speech to take the account down. Phony, shady and biased social account. Not allowed free speech, not allowed to share honest opinions, not allowed to really share your views because anything that shows light on curruption towards the media, medical field, police force etc they don't want to hear it. Claims they don't support terrorist groups etc yet they clearly do. Disgusting platform and just like every other platform that is so called there to support us as a public they don't really care and just want to control. Be honest with your intentions so we know who we are really dealing with!!!

I've been hacked and no one got back to me

I've lost my personal (diana_jecu) and business account (themarvelousstudio) due to a hack which I reported to Instagram soo many times. Nothing happened, no one reached back, my customers are still following the stolen account and I am afraid I will loose my credibility in front of them. The hackers are promoting beverlyscoaching (instagram main hacker account) on all stolen accounts and I have friends that have lost their accounts too. My friends told me that I (actually the hacker) am contacting them and ask them to vote me on an artistic competition and they provide a link which I happen to click on too. And those stolen accounts are promoting the same page beverlyscoaching and encouraging people to invest money in a mining Bitcoin scam. I truly believe that is their main account. Please do something and stop that hacker or hackers to steal people's identity and money!! Please hear me out, Instagram!

Instagram keeps automatically flagging one of my OWN songs. Its an automatic process, so there is no human to talk to. Especially because IG doesnt really care about user support. Its just a robotic corporate POS , that was cool once and was corrupted by money. They dont answer to my support requests. They have NEVER provided any proof, that this song is a copyright infringement.

If I could give instragram a zero or…

If I could give instragram a zero or less I would. My account was hacked 4 days ago, all information was changed email, number, profile name the lot. I have emailed instragrams supportline several times with all information they should require, screenshot of messages from family and friends of this low life requesting money using photos of myself and husband. I've asked them to delete the account due to having photos of my family on there and 90% of the followers had reported the account as hacked and yet the account is still active... what a load of rubbish. I for one will never have an account with instragram because clearly they aren't bothered that people are hacking others accounts and doing jack about it. Not even an knowledgement of receiving the emails.

Unbelievable

I am trying to have an accountname that is exactly the same as our businessname. The accountname does not excist yet, however instagram says it is not available. The accountname meets all their rules. Yet they are ignoring our request at multiple support channels. Ignoring a lot of emails. Couple of emails they've replied, but no answers that make any sense. Been trying to make an account for our company for four weeks. Unbelievable how hard they make it to use their services and create an instagramaccount!

Blocked my daughters account after 8…

Blocked my daughters account after 8 years building it up………thousands of people following her and she became a well loved influencer.My daughters main income was Instagram and is now out of work and broke and has mental health issues..Imagine being on top of the world one minute and the next down with depression……….Instagrams reply so far is zero and won’t talk about why they deleted her account.You all need to understand once your account is built up and you have major suppliers of clothing beating your door down its hard to go from riches to rags.

Be careful when leaving a comment

When you see someone getting beaten up on instagram and u call the person beating him up or robbing him a tramp you get your account banned. And they are not helpful. Also many people will agreeBe careful what you comment on instagram as you can get banned. If you say a racist slogan instagram will not do anything about it though as they do not care if people are racist, i report racist comments all the time but instagram does not remove them, but once you say tramp u are in a ban.

Spencer Nicks' IG (@spencernicksfit) is absolutely garbage and she is the biggest scam artist! Her account is run by someone else and her posts are too explicit to the point of being reported! She never like or responds to posts she puts up, thus only follow those who have money to spend on her Onlyfans which is a joke! Her high following count and the amount of likes she get are bots & she bought her followers/likes, instead of doing things authentically. Steer clear from her at all costs!! She is a cancer to all social media and like her "friends" she collaborate with, are what is wrong with social media in general by sending the wrong message to any female wanting to make something of her life.

I got my account disabled minutes after…

I got my account disabled minutes after creating it with no explanation whatsoever. Saying it didn't follow Community Guidelines, which is ridiculous, as it was a brand new account and I didn't even got to log in. When I tried finding a solution in the support section, I got in a continuous loop of linked articles that get you nowhere. Simply terrible.

Unwarranted account restrictions

IG has apparently created a new AI post monitoring programme that keeps identifying my posts as being potential spam and restricting my account even though I do not post spam. This is now happening 2 or 3 times a week making my account virtually unusableI have pointed this out several times to IG via their supposed help page without response. A lot of my IG acquaintances have already got rid of IG or are thinking about it, I may well join them soon. IG has turned into an appalling site.
