GoogleTrina (the Sales Progressor) was brilliant. I should have had an easy move (cash sale, no chain, new-build property) but there were problems with solicitors at both ends of the process. Trina went above and beyond - responding promptly, chasing solicitors doggedly for answers, even following up queries when she was off work on leave one week! She basically held my hand through the whole process and listened to me ranting on when things kept going wrong. GoogleSelling your house can be daunting and Oakmans made that part easy. Sold (stc) within a week. Boom! This is easy... Then you are passed through the sales progression team, we had a small chain but towards the later end of the process we had encountered many, many, many issues with our buyers solicitors. Sian Jones was our case handler and I can honestly say we wouldn’t have managed to complete our sale if it wasn’t for Sian keeping tabs on the chain, pushing at the right time and keeping the lines of communication open between everyone. It was a stressful time but Sian was the cog that kept everything turning. Absolutely brilliant!

Because I am a student, most Letting Agents and Landlords were skeptical about renting me their property; nevertheless, Oakmans Estate Agent took a chance on me. They came to my rescue at a time of despair and frustration. For almost 2 weeks I had made several attempts to secure accommodation with no success. And yet, Oakmans Estate Agent solved my accomodation problem within 3 days. The Staff were affable, professional, responsive, and understanding. They made the entire application process effortless. Many thanks to Dom and Kaylee. You're life-savers! Besides, the accommodation is amazing! I couldn't have asked for better. I strongly recommend them to anyone seeking for accomodation. You won't regret it. I promise!

And most importantly they've found us new tenants despite the challenges of COVID. Particular thanks to Ryan Daly for all the set up and to Leah Wyre for securing new tenants & sorting all the paperwork so efficiently and with such helpful and responsive communication. GoogleFollowing an 8 month horrendous ordeal with Dixon’s with buyer pulling out and loosing our upward purchase Oakmans stepped in putting our property back on the market within 24 hours with an offer of sale made within 4 days. Our thanks and gratitude go to all the team with a special thank you to Laura who went above and beyond not only to secure the sale of our property but was instrumental in bringing our onward purchase back on line. Nothing was too much effort for them and they went the extra mile and exceeded every expectation I had. From the moment I met Laura for the initial valuation, she had a lovely, friendly, warm personality and was very knowledgeable, completely honest and transparent about the end to end process of moving houses and what to expect. Holly who was also lovely and friendly, carried out the majority of viewings for my house faultlessly and kept me informed after each viewing on how they were going. When the purchase of the property that I was buying fell through Laura went well and truly above and beyond, being familiar with the area I was moving to and helped find suitable alternatives. This was completely unexpected and the most dedication to quality customer service I’ve ever experienced. My experience with Oakmans has been amazing with a huge thank you and well done to Laura and Holly for being incredible throughout the entire process. I can’t recommend them enough!

GoogleI really wanted to use Oakmans after hearing so many positive things about them. I had the opportuntiy to deal with their branch manager, a gentleman named Sam Checkett. I found Sam to not only be extremely knowledgeable, informative, and diplomatic, but he was always happy to spend a lot of time giving me the information I required. All the while doing so with an amazing attitude. Each conversation was extremely infomative, with real guidance, all while being upbeat and fun, with me constantly leaving our interactions with a smile on my face. GoogleWorse agency to deal with, deducted 300 pounds for cleaning despite being professional cleaned. When asked for picture, they sent pics of exhausts. Which is so stupid. guys dont buy their services, They will charge you later once you are leaving the property.

GoogleAvoid this estate agent at all cost. They do not know how to speak to people and are highly unprofessional. I lived in one of their properties last year and any issues that me and my housemates had was not taken seriously at all. They only want your money and nothing else. Everyone there should be fired with immediate effect!
