GoogleCannot believe they are advertising a property on Heeley Street with so much black mold. It is not fit for habitation. I cannot believe their own staff agreed to enter the property to take pictures. Have some standards, black list all the landlords properties until this and any other properties are made livable.

GoogleOne of the worst letting agents in Selly Oak. Having rented here as a student since 2015, with 5 different agents, Oakmans is one of the worst. At first, they appeared professional and efficient, particularly when showing you around the property, but they tend to put pressure on people to put down a deposit with lines such as 'we had two viewings on this property already today!'. They double booked viewings: 'we can't show you the property right now as someone else is viewing it', not sure if this was bad organisation or a ploy to pressure us into putting down a deposit. Upon moving in to the property, it is very unclean, even by student property standards. In terms of management, they take months to sort even the most minor of problems, and there is a lot of miscommunication between the different departments. They can often be rude over email and the phone (although some staff members are fairly kind), and they often gave us very little notice before viewings and inspections. One example was an email received at 8.30pm the night before stating that we had a viewing the next day around noon. Overall, I do not recommend this place to students in particular as it is just not as professional as it seems, and was not a great renting experience

Writing this review to belatedly summarise the experience my son had with rental of student accommodation for 2 years ending 23 June 2022. Appreciated the efficiency in which the commercial agreements were signed. But did not appreciate their lack of urgency in resolving several issues, specifically the secure door access to the room. Twice travelled up after weekend at home only to come back with the door access into the room no longer working. Needed proper fixing the second time around.

GoogleI was dealing with Lauren and bethany cadman, they made everything difficult especially lauren , the process was too long, they don’t always respond to the messages or emails, one the other hand jai holland was very helpful and understanding
