GoogleThis is the worse Housing Association all they do is take your money for rent and don't care about any repairs to their properties - they are a rip off who needs to be investigated, they harass you and stress you when you have arrears but takes responsibility for nothing.

Unprofessional and customer relations is shocking, never answer emails, phone calls and when they abuse you over the phone they then state that surprise surprise that call wasn't recorded. Since 2005, I have had several final notice letters from our management agent due to Midland Heart banking our money and not paying the service charge bill!! Crooks!!

Make venruable people what 24hours only to come out a temporarily fix a problem until it gets worse and then housing officers balme there customer not colleagues I would never advise anyone to rent a home I am looking to move out ASAP

GoogleAbousuluty shocking my mum has bought her property she's not allowed to do anything to upgrade the property and pays a ridiculous amount of money called a so call grounds fee and gets nothing just the lawn mowed twice a month

GoogleI find that comment about people been on drugs and alcohol not true I am very ill and in bad health Midlands heart look after me we had to pay one weeks rent upfront so when you bid how come you're not getting mido and heart there are very stricky about rent so I don't agree

I've just been informed that my service charge has gone up by £21 a month to £183! This now makes my property even harder to sell and I'm still bemused as to what the actual 'service' they provide is (apart from stealing money from poor & vulnerable people).

GoogleAbsolute joke of a housing association.. do not buy a house near their tenants on a new build estate! They allow them to do what they please and devalue your house!!! Do not deal with anti social behaviour at all!! Had to get a solicitor involved

On a whole they answer the calls quite well and occasionally you'll get to somone who isn't rude or unhelpful . My main concern is the quality of thier repairs, of which I would call bodge jobs .

GoogleUnbearable they dumped me opposite West park wolverhampton and the types they put me with drink drugs violence unbearable to live with when I complained to housing officer dawn finnan she did nothing simple choice I had get out or die. Still alive to live to tell the tale.

GoogleCan't give lower rating, they charge over £880 per month for a room & support, ect but you don't receive any help for what you pay and if there is problems they say their sorting it but don't! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

GoogleDon`t bother applying for an apprenticeship here if you are over the age of 30. They will ask you into a room, get you all to solve a puzzle and then just pick the youngest people for an interview.
