GoogleThe HUB where you have to report repairs like a lift being out of order is a disgrace. It takes anything up to 18 minutes at 8:35am before anyone answers. That's if the line is not disconnected first!!! They don't even deserve 1 star. They also rip older people off by employing cheap tradesmen who rarely do a job properly,

GoogleThey have been accessing my property, for doing the neighbours repairs. Whilst I'm not home, jumping over the fence trespassing and leaving rubble and scaffolding in my garden. My house has nothing to do with the association it's privately owned. Your workers should be told not to trespass or leave rubbish in others gardens having no permission whatsoever or asking for keys from third party neighbours.
