GoogleTerrible service .customer service shocking .waiting for gas repair as gas mains switched off due to carbon monoxide leak. Been four days this time round last time was seven .No heatingbor water .to be told boil the kettle .and emergency gas repairs people aren't qualified out of hours to turn gas back on without servicing boiler first .what is an emergency then one star too much in my opinion

GoogleThe worst they quick to send you letters but don't address problems when you raise them it have a neighbour they put in the area giving people mental health problems and these tenant is from hell they assaulted 5 neighbour's in less than a year and still they not doing anything the police told us to take them to watch dogs .
