GoogleThese are a bunch of idiots that could not run a piss up in a brewery. There budget for maintainance is a joke. The way they treat long term tenants is shocking. They only seem to cater for people that are either on drink, drugs or both. They turn communal properties into hostels without alerting other residents. They make promises that they never keep, and deny making them even if you have it in writing from them. There fee's for service charges are unrealistic as well as never being carried out. I would never recommend them to anyone and why they have a complaint procedure I'm not sure because nothing is ever followed through. As along term MH resident I honestly cannot say 1 good thing about them, many years ago they were decent, now they are a joke.

GoogleAVOID. AVOID. AVOID. The Worst housing association that you can be with. Recommend to not rent or join Midlandheart😡. I am regretting to be with them. They charge me with toilet repairs £150 although am paying a rent every week and ask me to fix my kitchen on my own. Flying tipping is common in our are they don’t dear with it.
