GoogleAVOID. AVOID. AVOID. The Worst housing association that you can be with. Recommend to not rent or join Midlandheart😡. I am regretting to be with them. They charge me with toilet repairs £150 although am paying a rent every week and ask me to fix my kitchen on my own. Flying tipping is common in our are they don’t dear with it.

GoogleAbsolutely shocking customer service and repairs. I’ve been with midland heart for over tens years and still have no end of problems trying to get repairs done. Most the time I just live with damage because they don’t want to take responsibility for their part of the agreement of landlord duties. I would love to get out of Midland heart property but money is tight to move. Don’t join Midland Heart.

I can't believe what I have been reading. I have only been with Midland Heart since July this year, but have had a couple of teething problems. Everyone (without fail) have been courteous, helpful, friendly and professional. They answer my calls and e-mails quickly and have helped iron out a few issues. Even the workers who clean the communal areas have been very helpful.
