Google😵 Got a personal grievance against Midland HEARTLESS as they've become the Tesco of Social Housing and now own the majority of decent properties. They also run the Homes Direct website so difficult to avoid having to deal with them in any capacity 😔
Experienced many maintenance issues (including rodents) when a tenant but repair contractors ALWAYS pleasant and polite when you finally secure a booking slot! 🏚️🔨
Call centre staff aren't that helpful or well trained in Customer Service 📞and the online registration process is as laborious as the bidding system is annoying! 🖥️😤
