New tennant had no choice to except the property has i was made be homeless so i only got 1 offer the house is disgusting no fire doors on anywhere been told im responsible for internal doors they put adacuate cheap doors on because there is fire alarms they dont need put fire doors on the step to my front door is too high i struggle getting pushchair in and out they cant do nothing unless i get medical evidence or i can pay to get it done but need send them price and who doing the work they said i new when i took property on they new my problems before but because i was classed has homeless that why i got offered this because no one wanted it and they new id have to except neighbours throw rubbish in my garden and feases on top of my bin they are intimidating they dont understand me but if they want ask or know something from me they understand english they are rude and the whole place house and street is a dump ppl fly tip in the street disgusting council or midland heart dont care its always pass the book because its someone else responsibility not theres the stairs are too steep i loose my balance for tiny square peice landing my child has fell down these stairs no end of times and iv lost my footing on the stairs too the property has gas leak couldnt switch on gas but they still want tbat one week rent which council say they cant get has house was not habbitable mould on walls smells by metres cupboard make me feel sick cost 70 quid in gas a week think im paying tbe neighbours gas too the house is so cold cant park outside for cars just park anywhere i want move who gonna want exchange this s... t tip area my house is clean a tidy decorated still waiting on decorating vouchers 4 weeks on they dont rush unless its rent you get letters and calls even more than 1 call in same day no one in street looks after there gardens or house for that matter iv seen the tip cleaner then neighbours hate you for being clean and tidy garden 🤔🤷♀️

The worse housing service in the country. Mostly run by incompetent staff, a rude uneducated bunch…. Who can’t deal with most issues like nuisance neighbours repairs; cowboy contractors, Continuous recalls, bad service, they don’t even get back to you within their policy timeframe. I spend more time & success with the Housing Ombudsman regarding Midland Heart… who they don’t care … they give you the same punchline response… which means nothing to them…. They are so scripted in their response it’s embarrassing, I would NEVER recommend them to a lame duck….the amount of times I’ve had to put up with their cowboy builders…. Who between them can’t even change a light bulb…. Or put a spy hole in the right place…. I have two spyholes in my front door & a bell that is sooo low I could press it with my bellybutton; it’s taken me 15 years to get a new roof that’s been dropping slates & leaking on a regular…..they are dire…. I could do a better job but wouldn’t work for them.

I have moved into midland heart with a health hazard for me and my daughter . The garden is like a maze so high. To the point the grass has come into the back porch. I was told that midland heart is meant to cut the garden and remove any rubbish from previous owners. I have moved in and there’s rubbish from previous owners and the garden you can’t even walk in to ,god knows what is in that garden. But this is disgusting

Poor quality, not proper maintaining, shaddy service and admin fees for only rare lawnmover works, charges rised triple since 2020. Additional note for extra charges, while no service was done. No clarity on what was done, and why admin fees are higher then lawnmowers contract charges.

Been with Midland Heart for 3 months. Not had any issues with staff being rude or anything but a repair which should have been done before I moved in is still outstanding, I’ve spent a day waiting in for a company servicing emergency cords for the building who didn’t turn up and our small car park is a nightmare. We don’t have allocated spaces and are not asked when we apply if we require a parking space so with 10 spaces for 24 flats plus visitors and carers it’s stressful wondering if you will get a space when you return!!

Where should I start Midland Heart Housing Association it is by far the worse housing association I have ever come across they don't give a toss about their tenants if you have problems with the neighbours you're on youre own they have a sloppy attitude about serious issues and you'll find yourself phoning them constantly their response to serious issues are zero they make vulnerable tenants go through hell before anything is done. All they care about is profits. If you're looking to rent look else where.and not with this Housing Association.

midland heart have done nothing to help me with my housing issues, I am a single parent who lives in Bordesley green area in a midland heart maisonette, We had thugs taking my sisters cars apart, repairs not being carried probably, increasing crime rates in the area but no cameras and security. all midland heart seems to care about his their rent and service charge, i made my house decent and i cant stand the house or the area anymore. ive spoken to midland heart about all these issues and they have not done anything about it. MIDLAND HEART IF YOU READ THIS, TAKE THESE BUILDINGS DOWN.

Absolutely disgusting company. Sack their technicians because of fake complaints. You know who you are Midland Heart Hinckley! You even know this tenant is a habitual complainer!So what was the real reason for your actions? A personal agenda maybe, led by your manager? I thought personal conflicts were to be left outside of work and your position not used to enact someone else’s vindictiveness for them? I truly hope the head of @midlandheart sees this and investigates your actions.You have destroyed someone’s confidence and livelihood for no reason. So if you’re under a midland heart tenancy and you can’t understand why nobody will come out and fix the issue you have with your electricity then this is why, because they fire their staff for no good reason.
