GoogleOnly take a property off Midlands heart If you're desperate Because the service you receive is absolutely terrible the repair team are a laughing stock can't repair nothing instead make it worse I've been waiting to get my bathroom floor fitted for over 2 years now the flooring is standing up my wall the lad who was doing it went for a break and never come back I also have two radiators that need putting back on the wall and fitting but No one seems to be coming to resolve the issueI I also seek help off my local MP And Midland Heart lied to her and told her all work has been completed it's far from it

GoogleThe most unprofessional housing association to date, likes to do verbal/untraceable agreements over the phone, not one honest answer. CEO is a lazy coward. Dishonest organisation and customer service experience is extremely poor. Avoid and that one decision could save your life.
