Steve griffin came to attend the property regarding the boiler and was quick efficient and friendly! Sorted the problem, only issue is it’s a reoccurring issue and wish midland heart had provided a long term solution as it causes me a lot of costly issues when it breaks

All they think about is money money money had not moved in flat because Midland heart said a new toilet had to be fitted I had to put gas and electric in just for the workmen to do the job plus Midland heart asked for money for water rates

The communication between departments is beyond terrible. The amount of effort you have to go through to have sinple matters dealt with arr exhausting and I wouldn't recommend.
