Had problems with gate for years orbit wasn't interested now we're with midland heart they made my gate easier to get in and out no scrapping on the ground and can actually turn the handle and get back In and out new hinges and handle like having a new gate easier for my disabled husband with his mobility scooter too thank you 😀

I had a lovely young gentleman come out to fix a leak in the bathroom called Dan He’s a a credit to your company He’s always very friendly and honest Really clean and tidy He been a a couple of times All jobs been repaired by Dan have been perfect never any issues. I have always had a good experience from Midland Heart when a repair needs reporting and fixing.The call centre operators are always polite and friendly and understand what is required for the job. Since the start of my tenancy I've never had a bad job or adaption to the property I live and the workmen are top rate.

Emergency 24 hrs call out was made super as it was a water pipe burst inside the house. We had to turn the mains off to avoid the ground floor flooding. The Call out is more outstanding as within 3 hrs engineer Mr Paul Bird came isolated the burst and a job was raised to arrange the complete work to be done. We now have water.

GoogleThis housing association only advertises on their website retirement homes for people over 55 - Sheltered Retirement Living Scheme - 1 Bedroom Flat, Flat 09, Alexander Court. They don't advertise properties for families, people who have children, 2/3 bedroom houses etc. It's terrible they use to advertise properties for everyone and not be so ageist and discriminatory.

We recommend that you keep trying on Midland Heart Homes but also you can sign up with your local authority who can assess people based on their housing needs. I was having trouble with my front door, as it kept getting stuck whenever I tried to open it. Once I reported it to Midland Heart, they were very quick in handling my repairs. Andrew who is the locksmith arrived on time, fixed my door and was very helpful in answering any questions. I would definitely recommend them. Very helpful team. Thank you Midland Heart!

this company is an absolute joke, they dont deal with complaints about repairs nor do anything about enviromental issues they just let waste build up and expect the tennant to deal with it and expect people to live in trampy run down properties, they dont do repairs to their stock they dont even answer their phone, company and its staff are a joke, they need reporting to enviromental health and investigating ASAP,

Today I had Marlon come to visit to replace a bath panel I wasn't happy with that was fitted by a previous worker.Marlon really went out of his way today to do a lovely job. Really friendly guy too. Left my bathroom tidy. Went the extra mile even though it was running past his working hours.Happily have him do more work in the house.

After many leaking problems coming from my bathroom which has caused a hole in my ceiling downstairs, and many plumbers coming and going to fix it, Josh G came to repair it properly this afternoon and did a fantastic job, left no mess and was very professional and polite. I give 5 stars for the young electrician man who fixed my bathroom light string and kitchen light. He cleaned the long white protector before putting up again. Replacing the light bulb and the round electric bit. Well done. He is not part of the 'Midland No Heart trash squad'. Totally indepenant. So 5 stars to him only. Regards

paul bird maintenance worker had come to fix my leaky bathroom tap. When he first arrived he showed me his ID badge & put shoe coverings on and communicated well with manners and charmed with smiles, he got the work completed without fail, cleaned up after himself, explained what he had done, and put new top taps on. very nice gentlemen god bless him.
