This morning we had the very polite and professional Andrew come to replace our bathroom plug fitting. He respectfully knocked and showed his ID badge, greeted me with a smile and got straight to work. Explained everything he was doing and even enjoyed on of my amazing cups of tea 🫖 he was done very swiftly and cleaned up everything! I wouldn't of known he had been. Thank you very much 😊

I am severely disabled and I need adaptions done. I need a walk in shower because the shower is above the bath and I cannot get into the bath to have a shower.I also have a mobility electric car that I cannot park in front of my bungalow because I do not have a drive and midland heart supposed to be coming out to change the front garden into a driveway so I can park it and then put it on charge.This has been on going now and I have been waiting since October 2021, it is now June 2022 and I have phoned them numerous and numerous times but it just seems they constantly give excuses and do not care about the disabled tenants at all. Midland Heart are a totally disgusting organisation and should be prosecutedwith the way they deal with disabled tenants l. I am now looking into moving over to another association or the council themselves. If your thinking of joining Midland Heart...feel free to do so but, you will have nothing but very serious problems with them...sorry to say, but they just want your money and don't care about helping you.

Absolutely useless bunch of clowns. They don’t turn up to their repairs, then when you finally get one done the standard is shocking. Every experience I have is negative they have no idea what they are doing. Communication is awful, quality of the homes are diabolical, but they still put the rent up every year. I wouldn’t not recommend anyone to use this company at all. They just don’t give care.

Midland Heart would receive no stars but the option wasn’t available. I emailed asking that works in a communal area should be abandoned because they were unnecessary. I was ignored. I also commented on the garden not being attended and again I was ignored. I only received a generic acknowledgement. Poor performance.
