GoogleInitially I had a bad experience with my new tenancy but after being in touch with Oscar Hubball , I had the best experience ever. Oscar is very dedicated , friendly and he managed to sort out all my problems. He made sure to keep me updated all the time even though I was out of the country. GoogleHad an issue with our boiler not working, Debbie K had dealt with the situation for us amazingly - she chased this multiple times and kept us updated with the entire process, even when our Landlord was unresponsive she went above and beyond with ensuring our situation was sorted efficently. GoogleHonestly one of the worst letting agents ever, we had so many issues and it took them a while to do anything about it and tried to scam us on our deposit which we disputed and we got most of the exaggeration back. Since Martin & Co took over from Derek Spires we have received a much better service, particularly throughout the duration of our selling our property.
