Ifti was very patient and actually allowed us to fully take in everything the house had to offer. He also nicely explained processes to us and I felt like I clearly knew what the waiting list was by the time we left.

Absolutely happy with the service provided by Zainab Khan as a property manager, she was prompt, efficient and polite, i would recommend to all my landlords…i can confirm all my tenants are happy also, especially after i have been away on business in Morocco for almost 7 months. Senior title was definitely deserved!

Would like to thank Mr.Vinnay Sharma who we worked together for the last few months. From the very first viewing until last day when collected property keys in person last Monday, Vinnay showed highly professional skills, took speed actions at once. He is a pleasant, well educated and lovely gentleman. Every single request was taken with great attention, with proper positive actions. It was a great pleasure to cooperate to Vinnay, not just myself but conveyancing solicitor and our whole team no doubt, would share my point of view indeed. All worked well, we are very happy. Would like to wish "Martin&Co" and Vinnay in particular, all the best and good luck in business. Am sure prosperous one the way "Martin&Co" built business. Mrs.Rai Carr xxx

I narrated my experiences based on…

I narrated my experiences based on previous houses I have viewed with other agents. Despite the fact that Martin&Co was never responsible for any of the ugly experiences, the person that picked the call took time to listen to my long story and assured me of better service with their agency. It was block viewing but it was well coordinated, genuine answers were given all my questions. Above all, the professionalism is top notch. Keep up the good work Martin&Co......

my company works a lot with Martin and Co and we can't fault the staff there, Normally we speak to Marie or Debbie but everyone seems to be very polite and knowledgable. They have recently opened a new branch in town and it just goes to show that with the right management and great staff anything is possible. Thank you guys and keep up the good work. Tony
