GoogleI found Martin & Co Harborne from Rightmove for purchasing my first house. They provide excellent and professional service for me. I really want to appreciate Jess Ansell, who is a nice and professional consultant. She helped me to negotiate, speak, send email to sellers soon for any enquiries I have. TrustpilotUnprofessional bunch of time wasters
Called to book a viewing that they said could happen 2 days after.No confirmation was sent with the exact address so I had to chase this down.The most unbothered agent showed up with the most nonchalant air that he could gather.We were interested in the property and called to request an application form. Said it was sent...it WAS NOT.Called the next day to ask again and they said the form has been resent.They even gave an exact time as to when the previous day's email was supposedly sent.They LIED twice.It was all an act.For reference, I'm in a tech affiliated field so I'm not technologically challenged.Just idiotic behaviour all around.

GoogleFrom a tenant point of view Martin and Co have been awful. There is one estate agent who just does not respond to emails and they constantly leave you in the dark. I have been waiting for one month for support from them to collect my deposit and they have been absolutely useless!

GoogleFantastic service from the lettings team. Particularly property manager Shanti, who worked her magic and pulled a few strings for me so that everything fell into place on time! I know I am in extremely capable hands with her as my property manager. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. Thank you Shanti!

No proper ResponseI saw a house in Overdale road, sent an application to Martin & Co on the same day within 15 mins of house viewing. For the next 3 days, I didnt have any update. I sent an email, still no response. I have then called and checked and they confirmed that they have given it to someone else. This is really bad. They should atleast provide an update through the email since I was waiting for this without looking for another viewing
