Really poor service and responses. Went to view a property and agent was not there and the builders at the property told me it wouldn't be ready to view for at least 3 weeks. 3 other couples were also left outside waiting for an agent. When I phoned the office I was told I'd be called back and I wasn't. Half an hour later I got through to the agent who had been there early and just left without telling any of us. Applied to rent a property and never heard back after our application. I left voicemails and sent emails over the next 3 weeks and no one responded once.

I would second all the previous bad reviews about this company. I am trying to book a viewing for a house with this company.They initially give me a date of their choice and as I live 3 hours away so I requested friend to spare some time for viewing. Just few hours before viewing they cancel the appointment sating tenant is not allowing access.
This has happened to me twice now with this company. Its very clear that you have to inform tenant first and then get a date and time and then arrange viewings.
Representative sitting in office don't liaise with tenants and give out dates and then cancel dates causing distress and hassle to people who are trying to find a place to live.
They then lie and act rudely on phone when I tried to inquire why it wasn't check with tenant first. These people extremely unprofessional with zero customer care.
