I have rent a property with Martin and Co and it was really one of the worst experiences I have ever had there agent not friendly the whole process is complicated really I latterly mean it when you want to report any default in your apartment you need to upload it on their system I have taken my property without viewing and I swear until now I still suffering because I have signed contract for one year I have previous experience with other agents was more flexible and friendly I truly regret dealing with Martin and Co it is my bad experience I truly think you need to make your process more flexible and your agents to deal with people in a friendly manner

GoogleI viewed an investment property with Vinnay last week. I explained that I had another property to view but would be making a decision early this week. Vinnay didn't hassle me in the mean time, and following all of the viewings, I decided to make the offer to Martin & Co. The offer was accepted, and since then I've been in contact with Vinnay quite a few times. He's always replied quickly and given me all of the info I need to get the ball rolling quickly. So I'm very happy with the service, and 5 stars to Vinnay Sharma.

GoogleA perfect experience. We were on the market for 6 months with another agent and had no luck at all. We approached Vinnay and Damien at Martin&co who were very professional and were happy to help us try a fresh approach. They went above and beyond to get people through the door and managed to get multiple offers for us. It has been a long winded process but we are happy to be in the hands of Martin&Co who have been amazing so far. Definitely recommend anyone selling to speak to Martin&Co!

GoogleI've been dealing with Martin and Co. for a year and a half now, and I'm very happy with how they handle things. I initially only had a contract for a year, but I decided to extend it because of their great management and house maintenance. I also feel very lucky to have Debbie Harper as my property manager, as she has been of great help during my stay at a Martin and Co. property, keeping me notified of all updates in my building and handling any issues I may have with care and haste.
