I had a pleasure of site viewing today with Mr Ben Mortimore. He was professional, polite and friendly. The most amazing thing was that he was there before time waiting for my arrival. He did not pressure me, allowed me to view the property at my own pace, listening attentively, answering all my questions. Am happy with the viewing and am very interested in getting the property. After nearly 6 months on the market with another estate agent and no offers, weβd almost given up. Martin & co, had the pictures done and the house online in about 2 days. In less than a week weβd received 5 offers! The team were fantastic, especially Vinnay and Damien, canβt recommend Martin & co enough!

Awful experience, AGAIN!! Martin and Co handed over keys to a property riddled with rat droppings, skirting boards falling off, fridge disgusting with fixtures broken and filthy and without a general clean.When challenged I was told I didnβt request a clean prior to moving in, a basic right you have to request?! All whilst knowing Iβm pregnant. They were willing to risk the health and safety of myself and my unborn child. They have constantly evaded blame and directed me to speak to the landlord as they arenβt managing the property, despite them signing the tenancy agreement and physically handing the keys to me. Second bad experience with this company. DO NOT USE THIS ESTATE AGENT, WORST EVER!!!

GoogleThis is actually a no star rating. Beware of this company! They mislead both landlords and tenants. Ensure all items are counted in a furnished accommodation as they will state a missing fork just to deduct money from you initial deposit. They constantly hide behind each other rather than actually resolving any issues brought to them. They are a disgraceful to their industry.
