I have a flat rented out through Martin & Co. my designated property manager is on maternity leave and the acting female manager was lack of enthusiasm to perform the same. My tenants couldn’t pay rent on time and nearly a month overdue. I have to chase this acting one nearly everyday as Martin & Co is the management agent. Later on I found the arrears was paid to Martin & Co account. The account department just to retain the money to earn extra interest income. I never ever get my rent on the due date. This is a money grabbing operation

TrustpilotTerrible Experience with Martin & Co Harborne Branch
I've had an extremely disappointing experience with the management at Martin & Co Harborne. Since my property manager, Yousaf, left the company before I moved in, the team has been unable to resolve three key issues for over a month. Despite constant follow-ups, they keep telling me they are "chasing the landlord" to send a contractor, but there has been no progress. The bathroom tiles are coming loose, posing a safety risk, and the postal box still hasn’t been replaced because the previous tenant didn’t return the key. Additionally, rubbish left by the previous tenant has been sitting outside my flat since I moved in. The lack of urgency and genuine interest from the management to address these concerns is highly frustrating. I expected better service, but sadly, they’ve fallen short. I would not recommend their services based on this experience.

I and my partner had a pleasure of site viewing today with Mr Ben Mortimore. He was professional, polite . The most amazing thing was that he was there before time waiting for my arrival. He did not pressure me, allowed me to view the property at my own pace, listening attentively, answering all my questions. Am happy with the viewing and am very interested in getting the property. GoogleWe moved to Martins as we needed a fast sale and had heard they are very proactive-they are! They suggested an open house and we had multiple offers within a week. Their communications was always very good and they work very hard. We particularly worked with Vinnay and Monaj who were both great. I would be very happy to recommend Martins, ask for Vinnay!
