Rang the company to report an alarm going off in one of their properties for over 20hrs. All night its been consistently beeping and echiong through the neighbourhood. Myself and a few neighbours were trying to directly contact the landlord but no one has his details so we called them instead. I spoke to a lady who didnt seem like she wanted to be there, huffing and puffing on the phone once I mentioned the issue. I asked for her name she refused, I asked to be passed onto the manager and she refused. I asked for the mangers details and she refused and hung up on me. I then rang back and spoke to a man who said he doesnt have her details, yet I could hear the woman in the back speaking to him and he then said "no ones there its a bad line" trying to gaslight me. I wanted to put a compaint in with the manager or get the managers email but he refused. I would NEVER trust an agency that so blatenly lies. I would mever use them in the future to rent out my properties either. Disgusting attitude and behaviour.
