TrustpilotMartin and Co found the first tenant…
Martin and Co found the first tenant for my flat but the rental had problems as it was broken into when the tenant was overseas. In fact he had been overseas for most, if not all, of the tenancy. He had agreed to extend the tenancy but cancelled this following the break in. However he did not return to give up the flat and we had to go through procedures to evict him. This took some time and Martin’s manager Debbie Harper looking after the property did all she could to expedite matters. She was very good at keeping me informed of what was happening.Martin rapidly found a replacement tenant, during lockdown, and this seems to be going smoothly. This is no doubt due to Debbie rapidly sorting things out that need to be sorted, getting contractors in etc. Thanks Debbie, I hope this encourages the tenants to renew.

Martin and co manage 2 rental properties on my behalf. I am an extremely busy person and I couldn’t have managed without the support I get from Debbie Harper who manages both properties for me. I couldn’t have asked for a better property manager; Debbie is so prompt , reliable , and just gets the job done for me. I like how she always works with me, she is so approachable and nothing is ever too much trouble for her and I wouldn’t be able to manage my properties without her!

Special thanks to Damien and Harj they were very friendly and approachable. Very professional, very good at explaining the process and procedures. I was kept informed and constantly updated, so I always knew what was happening or going to happen. Their communications were prompt and nothing was too much trouble for them to explain or carry out. I felt fully supported during the house selling process and would highly recommend their services.

During viewings , he was always there in a pleasant, self-effacing sort of way, which allowed us to get the most out of our inspection. Very helpful, kind and considerate.Noor really made the process much more smoother and kept us updated with all the works carried out. GoogleCompared to my last agency, this agency is better. Upon arrival to the office, everyone is working, communicating with eachother and one of them will tend to you if the others are busy.
