Appalling from start to finish, bad experience as a Landlord, and also feel for the tenants, very poor communication throughout and use bullying tactics, hiding the fact they let to tenants who paid in advance and then that they served a section 21 notice that wasn’t valid , particularly bad service from one of the property managers who seems to think she is a paralegal when she has no clue about serving court papers!My honest advice as a professional landlord would be to use a small company or do it yourself 👍
