GoogleRude and unhelpful. Would barely say hello and tell you how busy they are straight away. They wouldn't walk on the street opposite to value a house I would like to sell. Avoid at all cost. The high street has much better estate agents.

GoogleDO NOT USE MARTIN & CO. I tell everyone I meet to stay clear of this estate agency. I had a leak in my property for 2 months that they did not resolve it was coming through my kitchen light which is unsafe. I ended up paying to leave the property early and had so many issues. Communication is poor and they try rip you off at every opportunity. Staff are rude and need a reality check.
