FacebookThe landlord has accepted another offer, and you should have proactively informed the other applicants who were still waiting, so they could make timely arrangements instead of waiting aimlessly for your notification. It is even more disappointing that when someone emailed to ask whether the property had been rented out, you chose not to respond at all. Such indifference does not reflect the professionalism and courtesy expected from a reputable agency. Every applicant may lose a month’s rent due to your lack of communication, and this kind of discriminatory treatment is simply unacceptable. I strongly advise others not to choose this agency, especially the staff member named Jack.
