My viewing experience with the agent Nathan was seamless

I was running 5mins late and I called the office, the agent who answer the call was very polite and respectful. Then I got a call from the agent Nathan, he called giving a description of the place and he was very polite and helpful. Getting to the location and the agent Nathan was already there he was really great and professional at his job. I explained why I got there late and nathan saw I was pregnant and totally understood lol. He showed me the house and explained everything. He is great at his job and deserves a 5 start review. I have had the worst experience with…

I have had the worst experience with this unprofessional company. I have read some of the reviews below that state 5 stars I don’t believe any of them. I have never rented before. When I was at the point of letting I was told there was another potential person and would I increase my already high rent of £1000! After knowing what this company is like I do not believe there was anyone else. The flat was in a very poor state. I asked for my rotting worktop to be repaired from the day I had the keys and it was never replaced along with other things like rotting windows in a very poor state of repair. This was originally a lovely grade 2 listed building and the house is in need of repair. The landlord Raj bedi was most unprofessional throughout. In the end I moved out before my tenancy ended because the flat felt so unsafe. I honestly felt that because nothing was being done and if anything was repaired it was simply covered up I worried that there would be an electrical fire etc, the oven did not shut and was right next to the freezer and fridge the oven was starting to melt the door and it was a fire hazard waiting to happen. I have now been sent an invoice of repairs saying things like £30 for the tip to be replaced from a door stop behind a door! I don’t believe the invoice is legitimate. The company name does not exist. It even charges me for professional cleaning when I had cleaned the flat already. At one point I was locked in the flat as workmen had locked me in and my children were locked in a bedroom because the person who had put the handle on had not put in a vital screw that would have made it safe. At that point I decided to move out. I have been told I am childish despite having to endure this experience and I should accept that I need to pay £370 from my deposit.
