GoogleViewing booked 1 week before. No confirmation email received neither did anyone get in touch on the day of the viewing (as all other estate agents have done). When I arrived nobody was there so I called and was told my appointment was at a different time yet nobody got in contact with me! Can't have hurt if they had called me a few hours before the viewing or at least left a message, and to call me asking where I was if truly I was mistaken regarding my appointment time. Further to your note. I now write understanding your frustration but question some of the detail.
You were sent an email confirmation on the email address you provided at 18th May at 5.34pm when you originally booked the viewing in with the viewing time on it.,of 4.15pm, which was the original time agreed.
You were further called yesterday morning at 10.30am which wasn’t picked up but with a voice mail being left asking for a call back. My colleague had a previous appointment at the 4pm & waited at the property until after 4.15 but left knowing the appointment in fact hadn’t been reconfirmed. You called after 4.30 from the property but unfortunately all our negotiators were committed at that point to other appointments booked into their diaries.
There clearly has been confusion on both sides.

GoogleWhen I first moved in to my property it was managed by a different letting agency. I'd had a few issues with that agency due to lack of contact and deflecting my concerns. But when Maguire Jackson took over I finally had speedy responses and a helpful attitude - a vast improvement from the pervious agency!
Very recently, I have had the misfortune of being burgled. But Maguire Jackson have been absolutely wonderful and I cannot fault them at all for their considerate care from start to finish. As soon as the incident had come to light I was notified immediately, and returned home to find Anthony from Maguire Jackson at the property, the maintenance people already called and the police already notified. Anthony stayed with me - for a number of hours - until the police arrived and maintenance was underway to repair the damage to the property. The next day I was rung by Emma to ask how I was, and if Maguire Jackson could do anything more to help. I couldn't be more impressed - or grateful - of the speedy response and continued attention, which massively helped a very upsetting and stressful situation. My thanks especially to Emma at the George St branch for her continued support - always friendly and does her utmost to help wherever possible.
