Horrible company, never getting back on time, we are still waiting for our deposit 2 months later. They didn’t want to send the engineer to fix the boiler when we moved in claiming they can’t send engineer out for just one problem fully knowing we were without hot water supply for over a month since we moved in. I’m specifically disappointed with the lack of care from our property manager Olyvia Saunders from the Birmingham office.

SCAMMERS! Had my flat all ready 5 weeks prior to move in date, only to be told within the last week of moving that I can’t move in and left without a place to live. They do not want to hold any responsibility, leaving me having to spend extra funds to find temporary accommodation. Do not use this agency or trust them all they want is your money!

Terrible agency for tenants. Poor communication, organisation and customer service skills from the very first viewing. They refuse to fix anything and they are the worst management company I've come across - avoid.
