Honestly I didn’t know what to expect at first but Life Residential always act with such professionalism and they definitely know what they’re doing. I can’t think of a single occasion where I’ve been left disappointed by them when I’ve had queries or issues. Definitely one of the best in the property management business! I had a maintenance issue and my property manager was out of office so Rosita helped in and really ensured the issue was taken care of quickly. She was very responsive and very helpful and was pleasant to interact with the entire time.

To be honest, this is a mixed review as my initial experience wasn't great, following an issue with my fridge whereby I was unable to use it for over a week. During that time, communication was infrequent and somewhat unhelpful until Tyron stepped in. He took control of the situation, was empathetic and understanding and most importantly, resolved the issue within 24 hours. I can't say enough how grateful I was that Tyron took action and made sure I got the resolution I needed.

Its been 6 weeks since we ended our contract and we have still not received our deposit back. The team have been unresponsive for weeks at a time. The staff turn over is so high I have had to contact 4 different team members and repeat the process every time.
