Very professional and helpful staff, they have a full property management option for Landlords which is reasonable priced and take care of absolutely everything, as an example they found that my EPC was outdated and they renew it for me at a very good price as they do many at the same time and the great news is that the updated EPC scored a better rate😀👏, would recommend them 100%

Terrible service, not proactive they just ignore your request and expect that you will give up once you get bored. This strategly is carried by all the leeting manager, they delay or pospone all their action until you resignate. However Ashleigh Bates is the worst among the worst. This agent literaly ignore you and don't answer emails or calls.

Thanks for Ashley's speedy assistance. The last outstanding repairing work has satisfactorily been completed. Though there are personnel changes within the team, the handover and follow-up process are seamless, leaving worries free to tenants. Life Residential does have a high calibre property management personnel.
