Following previous problems (see previous reviews), I was assigned to another property manager (Zainab).In the past few days we had a problem with Eon Heat, which had to stop the supply of hot water and heating. Eon Heat gave us electric heaters for free - to cope with not having heating - and asked us to use the immersion heater to get hot water. The immersion heater is basically an appliance individual to each flat, which works as a "giant kettle" to heat up the water, in case there are problems with the communal supply.The problem with Eon Heat revelaed that the immersion heating in my flat is not working. Hence, I asked LR to send a plumber urgently as the temperature was extremely low and I was not coping without hot water.Firstly, they did not show any knowledge of what immersion heating is. Then, they asked our concierge team to help me with immersion (?!), as if they were plumbers. As a coincidence, I had another appointment previously booked by them with a plumber to fix a radiator (yes, another problem). However, the plumber was clearly not trained to deal with immersion and boiler, and he was not able to fix this. I tried to explain these things, but they just stopped replying to my emails for the rest of Friday, leaving me without hot water for the whole weekend. As I am writing, I have been without hot water since Wednesday, and I am relying on friends' help to shower, etc. I have contacted LR to request information on how to escalate my complaints to Ombudsman, as this is clearly the only hope to rectify this appalling lack of support.

Although I have a very bad experience with my first property manager at LiFE Residential, I am happy that, after some discussion with management, LiFE Residential has assigned me a new property manager - Abi Shanks.We are a tenant and have found issue of water leakages in the toilet and kitchen. Abi replied to our message immediately and provided us with a plumber as fast as she can. I am really happy to work with Abi. She is the most professional property manager I have ever seen. She replied to our emails within hours and help us fix lots of problems. Highly recommend LiFE Resiential and the property manager - Abi!

He did a fantastic job and handled the negotiation very diplomatically between myself and the tenant. Horrible! If you rent, AVOID this company even if you found your dream house through them. it isn't worth the horrendous experience they give you next. -Responding to your email only if they wish to. -Resolve property issues, only if they wish to.-Irresponsible people. -In the end, they do everything not to pay your deposit money back. I moved out in mid-August but up to now, 27 October, I haven't received the money back. They are good only until you pay the deposit money in the beginning. I do not recommend them and I don't wish my worst enemy the experience I have with them. Nightmare!
