After having issues with our previous property manager, Noor El Chamcham took over the managment of our two properties. Noor has always been extremely precise, attentive and fast replying to all our enquiries and making sure the apartments were very well taken care. She has been amazing in helping with the sale of the property organizing very quickly a heat pump maintenance and everything needed for the keys handover.

Rosita Kausiute is our property manager and we have been very lucky to have her. We had a leakage and she dealt with the issue immediately and was very responsive on the emails. She called the engineers and followed up until last minute. We have been in the flat for almost 3 years and have had several property managers, however Rosita is the only one who has been so punctual and helpful.Thank you for your work!

I just moved into my new home as a tenant. My agent Wesley Robinson and property manger Thomas Chan were both very kind to assist me in getting settled. I just moved from overseas, and was not familiar with the appliances in the flat, Wesley was very kind to answer all my questions after move-in even though it probably falls out of his responsibilities. Because I was not able to unlock the hob, Thomas and Wesley spent much time on trying to figure it out for me. Thomas made many phone calls and made many attempts to help me. Wesley even came by to my flat to help me unlock the hob himself, which is clearly many many extra miles that he is used to doing for clients of Life Residential. I am very grateful for the tremendous help I received from Wesley and Thomas.

One feedback I have though - Understandable that agents earn through the landlords and tends to be landlord-biased but in a landlord's world it would be nice if agents helped tenants exercise what a tenant should consider (eg: quality of building etc.) before renewing terms

A Terrible experience from start to finish, we signed a two-year contract and after one year they wanted to put our rent up by 20%, we negotiated down to 10% and so had to move the second year. It's now been 6 weeks since leaving and we still have not got our deposit back, its proving impossible to get any sense of urgency or accountability from any team member.

I was so pleased to have Mandii Aujeley as my property manager to handle my property in London. She responded much quicker than I expected while handling the second time bed frame replacement. She direct liaised with the furniture supplier when the issue happened and kept me in the loop. Additionally, there was an email server problem from the supplier side and not able to receive my email. I found myself very helpless at the time because I was located in Hong Kong. Lucky, Mandii was very hands-on and called the supplier a few times to get the bed frame issue fixed asap. She also sacrificed her time on Saturday to update me with the status and make sure I was happy with her arrangement. I rated her with the best of the best service in Life Residential.
