Stay far far away from this company

Stay far far away from this company. In our property in London, we have involved lawyers due to fire safety and exorbitant service charges with random reasons. (We have not been successful with either as the company is not stupid). Many of us have suffered from mental stress because of them and we cannot wait to move out after completion. A disgrace of a company and i hope Karma gets them.

A absolutely great company. I bought my first property with them at Timberyard birmingham. Everything went very smoothly. Jason was absolutely great help. All staff was prompt and efficient. There were some delays from my bank and Galliard home happily provided the extension for completion twice without any charge.

the whole construction delay period is way too long.We are not satisfied by your appointed law firm Zhonglun, their responses and service are not in a efficient and professional way..the completion and handover process is just ok. the most response from your team is" pls contact law firm."It is not a happy experience, maybe we are a just foreigner buyer.Actually some of our friends in China recently chose other developers to invest RE in UK. As we know, most troubles we had didn't happen to them.

Abysmally managed company. Bought a flat through Gaillard that’s currently managed via GEM (Gaillard Estate Management), we were promised service charge would reduce given it was already extortionate, surprise surprise, it didn’t. In fact it went up! Zero transparency on the budget, zero accountability from their staff. Charlatan practices within their service charge procedure. I’d be highly embarrassed if I was the chief executive of this racket, yet it appears Stephan Conway holds no shame whatsoever. Overall, Gaillard are a bunch of crooks unfairly squeezing leaseholders for everything they’ve got.

Overcharging on Service Charges

I have an apartment in Lewisham - Galliard are significantly overcharging on the service charge - we have given an ultimatum for the production of invoices for the last demand and are waiting for their reply to prove that they have not overcharged us - they are slow reacting - really not very happy with the way this legitimate request has been treated.
