The two trees referenced were diseased, being structurally unsafe, they were felled with permission and under the observation of the Local Authority. Also worthy noting and let the client knows that none of any windows is able to open at W505 TY.This is very common in west block of Timber Yard due to developer’s planning consent/restrictionAbove information I didn’t get until today when my letting agent visited the unit W505.These informations should have known to potential clients beforehand to reaching any decision. Now I am not sure who is responsible for this. It’s developer or selling agent.

Cooling system down multiple times in a building with no windows!!!!! Developers came in and said issue with my system emitting temperature of 27 degrees!!!! Then I’m slapped with a bill of over £200 for cooling system!!!!

There are times when you reflect on your life and the decisions you have made. Sometimes, you reflect and take a set back to see things from a different perspective.. It's strange because no matter how many times I do this exercise, I regret buying a Galliard home. I have made bad decisions in my life, but this is by far my number 1 bad decision. It's more than regret, it's stupidity. I should have never agreed to purchase one of your overpriced units to discover that weeks later you lowered the price for similar units by 17%. That's a 720K unit down to 600K overnight (I will add the screenshot). This is a total kick in the n*{& when you are constantly told there is 0% margin for a better price. The overall quality, despite being told over and over again that Galliard had the highest quality in the UK, I feel so sorry for the rest of the population because your units must be barely standing after two years. I won't even go into the snagging with over 120 issues reported and many of them unattented or not considered "to be important to fix" Bottom line: I feel scammed and now I have to live with it for the rest of my life. Don't buy Galliard, save your money.
