Average service from a company thats touts itself as a leading premier housebuilder. My new flat was substandard in comparison to others I own from other reputable builders. I wont be purchasing another galliard home in the future but on a positive note they have resolved all defects and snagging even after the initial period ended for free.

I would say they are fully aware, and simply don't care- as log as they make money from their destructive activities.

FacebookBadly built, badly maintained. Residents have raised enough money to employ lawyers. Legal action against Galliards looks likely unless they change their attitude. SHAME ON YOU GALLIARDS - this is my 5th New Build and the first where I have heard of (and joined) a joint legal action against the developer/freeholder/management company (all Galliards)
