GoogleI am the lease holder of 2 Tameway Plaza which has been managed by Aishah Afser of Lamont & Co since last over one year. I live couple of hundred miles away from Tameway Plaza, which makes it very difficult for me to keep an eye on the wellbeing and day to day maters of my apartment. Although I haven't had a chance to meet Aishah as yet, but I will have no hesitation saying that she has come across as a highly professional individual, she keeps me informed and coordinate with me regarding any issues and updates and if there are any changes, that's makes my life very easy, she definitely offers five star service. Aishah has a very friendly, polite and easy to talk to personality . She always has solution of an issue or She would find one by discussing. I am very happy and satisfied with the standard of service Aishah offers at The Lamont, she is an asset to the company and I wish her good luck and all success she deserve for her future. GoogleThe service from this estate agents is extremely poor and their customer representatives attitude is appalling. The property I refer to is a block of flats in Dudley. They have failed to address issues that have had an impact on the welfare of children in their properties such as; Broken windows that are the result of a structural issue, failed window locks, issues with heating and so forth. The issues have caused stress and worry. Lemontes estate agents have a lack of empathy and they have very limited customer service skills and an unwilling to help and rectify an issue when it arises even when the health and safety of the tenants is at risk.

GoogleI have a number of properties managed by Lamont and I am very satisfied by the quality of the service I received from all members of the team: Claire, Kam, Aky and Gabriele and Aisha. I recently transferred a property from another agent as a result of the superior experience I had with Lamont. Claire managed the process with great professionalism. I am happy I made the change. One year after transferring a property from another provider to Lamont and as I prepare my accounts for my tax return, I have found the number and size of unexpected charges made against that property has reduced significantly. Could be a coincidence but I suspect not.

GoogleRe arranged my viewing of a flat twice first time they had the decency to phone me and change the date but the second time I was never phones or emailed about the time and date being changed. I waited 20 minutes in the rain for the agent to show up with my partner to phone up and ask where my agent is to show us around to be then rudely told that the time and date of the appointment had changed, without my knowledge. I honestly do not understand how they expect people to know that they’ve changed the time and date of appointments without even getting in contact with their clients first!! I am absolutely fuming and will not be using this estate agency again and not be looking at any properties advertised by them.
