GoogleJust got off the phone to "lady" called Aiyshia who was really abrupt and wouldn't let me get a word in and was really loud. There are several tenants in this block of flats and many of them have had the same attitude from this "lady". I have asked to speak with her manager and she is refusing to put me through. Her position as a receptionist should be looked into

GoogleThis is the most unprofessional agency I have ever come across!! First I viewed a property with A staff named Sofie who told me the property I viewed was available to move in immediately and rush me into paying a deposit. And then all of a sudden they need to get a contractor do some work on it and I have to wait 10 days. I emailed her to register my concern and I get an automatic reply that she is out of office. I have already agreed a check out date with my current landlord and I called them adamant I need the place ASAP but they ignored me and offered no help whatsoever. I had to book a hotel for those 10 days and spend hundreds of pounds I haven’t budgeted all because Sophie lied about the availability of the house in the first place. At the end, I neither got a refund nor any sort of apology. Stay away from this company.

GoogleI had the pleasure of speaking with Aishah. Aishah helped me with renting a 1 bedroom flat. She was quick to respond to my questions via email and phone calls. Aishah showed professionalism, great communication skills and problem solving skills throughout the process. She made an otherwise very stressful situation for me like finding accommodation stress-free. I am thankful for Aishah's time and efforts.
