Kam was always very professional and always responded to any enquiries I had quickly and efficiently. Kam was very knowledgeable and always friendly and happy to help. GoogleI can only share my experience with a viewing today, so I wish better luck to anyone with future dealings with this company. It is a shame when you are offered a time slot for an appointment, confirm two hours later after making the time available, reply to be said that the slot is not available anymore, accept the new time, and then to be left waiting because the agent is a no show. After calling and getting the answer that they did not have that property, they changed to the version that the only viewing was two hours before. Just abysmal service

GoogleAs overseas landlords, Gary Watkeys has been fantastic at keeping us updated. He has shared photographs of the building whenever he has visited and once everything was finished, we were also sent photographs of our unit. Despite the time difference, Gary has always been contactable by email and responds quickly to any questions. Thank you Gary for all your hard work!

GoogleWe've been working with Lamont just a short while. Gary has been taking care of us and has been excellent. Our questions are answered promptly, we get photos of the property whenever he happens by, and every change in status is accompanied by a quick update. Very pleased with Lamont for our first foray into working with a management team.

GoogleA shambolic company who firstly forget to put the new office address on the website, furthermore not telling us about the extra £595.00 we had to pay before we could have the keys bearing in mind we'd already coughed up £1200.00 even the admin fee seems quite high at £330.00 so with all this in mind and the fact the staff are quite rude and the office has no facility for card payments I'm glad I won't be doing any further business with this ridiculous company any time soon.
