GoogleWhen my property was completed and handed over, Lamont & Co Estates and I got off to a shaky start. That said, since moving to an automated and online platform, the level of service has been completely transformed. Kam Sandhu became my property manager and instantly established a solid, trust based relationship with me. Even during these uncertain times, I was kept informed of all events regarding my property, how they would manage my tenant (who was unable to vacate on due date as a result of covid-19 restrictions) and when new viewings would begin. I recommend Lamont if like me, you are overseas and need a hands-off, no hassle, fully managed service to keep your investment in top condition. GoogleSwitch over to Lamont for about a year now. They took care of all the transfer details and it was a smooth transition. I use an online dashboard that was included in the monthly fee so I can see who my current tenants are, when the rent is due, when the rent was transfered to my account, inspection details and schedules etc. The staff has keep me updated about repairs and issues promptly, and replies to my emails almost instantaneous. I would definitely recommend.

GoogleI've had my property managed by Lamont for about two years and work with Aishah . As I live overseas I have never had the pleasure to meet Aishah and never actual seen the property. Nevertheless Aishah keeps us well informed of all items we need to be aware of an payments are punctual and easily sent to us overseas.

GoogleI would like to say that I am very disappointed with Lamont and co because I made arrangement to view apartment on Saturday 21/07/18 to rent I was given wrong address when I rang the office 10 in the morning no reply on Monday when I question what happened I was told we do not work on Saturday it is unbelievable but I want to share my experience with this agent I had to travel 120 miles away day before it was all reconfirm I do not wish to give even one star but I had to tick one star to be able to post on reviews

GoogleThis has to be one of the worst companies i have ever dealt with. I moved in to a flat & have had nothing but issue's with the guy above me playing loud music for 9 hours a day at times...most days it is 5 hours...no matter how many times i have complained to Lamont about this nothing ever gets sorted....2 months now i have had to deal with this noise issue...even after telling the guy above to turn his music down...people below me can hear his music too...Lamont sent a flyer out saying it would not tolerate these type of people, well nothing ever gets sorted & i feel that Lamont just take your money & do not care. The flat itself is fantastic, just wish Lamont would evict these people who continually get away with be a problem. I look forward to moving out & finding a better agency to deal with.

GoogleExtremely poor company to deal with. Our inventory was done a week and a half after we moved in, and now it's 4 days after the inventory and we have been sent the inventory report of a different apartment. Still waiting for the correct report from Luci, and waiting for blinds to be fitted (furnished property with floor to ceiling windows in all rooms). Click Lettings have now taken over our plot without any prior communication to us that this was happening, but so far the hand-over has been dreadful. Terrible communication between the two companies which has left myself and my partner confused. Not a great start to our tenancy, hopefully Tony at Click will give us better service.

GoogleI have received excellent service from the staff at Lamont & Co since I started working with them last May. They kept be fully informed all the way through the build and quickly found me suitable tenants to move into my flat as soon as the build was completed (much quicker than I was expecting). Whenever I have emailed them with a question I have had a helpful reply within a few hours.
