FacebookGary and Phil were always on the ball, helpful and quick to respond to any issue. Problems were fixed without hassle and they were our first port of call even for things they weren't directly responsible for due to the service we knew they'd offer. Our house was even professionally cleaned free of charge upon moving out. Would whole heartedly recommend them!

GoogleI have lived in Selly Oak for 3 years and have remained with King and Co each year, across 3 different properties, as they have proven themselves as credible, reliable and trustworthy. Any issues I have had have been resolved quickly and thoroughly, and with their office based in Selly Oak they are readily available to help should an urgent matter arise. All of the staff are friendly, approachable and helpful and I could not recommend King and Co more highly.

They were extremely attentive to any small issues we had at our house, always kind in their correspondence and respectful about gaining access to the property. I would definitely recommend!

FacebookGary and his team are great! As an international student I was concerned about signing a contract with a letting agent that would rip me off. But King and co. proved the contrary! They are very friendly and quick to sort out any issues. I totally recommend them!

GoogleHad a lot of help from Phil Jnr in getting a house right at the end of the year when there weren’t too many options available. They worked out of hours to help us secure the property and maintained great communication throughout the process. Looking forward to my year with them as my letting agents, and would recommend to students who want a hassle free tenancy.

GoogleSuch a helpful and friendly team! The best we have worked with in Selly Oak for student housing so far. Lots of great properties for cheap prices. Their capacity is shown through the current tenants being so happy to answer any questions we had and being comfortable in their homes. Definitely recomend to students looking for a house around UoB!

GoogleDeposit not protected when it was paid - in fact only discovered it was protected 6 months after it was paid, when we moved out and tried to reclaim it. No PI (prescribed information) sent at all, let alone within 30 days of the deposit being paid. Furthermore the house was disgusting when taken over and fire doors and electrics didn't work, not able to move in on first day of tenancy. All very slapdash. You may not pay an agency fee but you want to have legal protection and you don't.

GoogleWould absolutely recommend this letting agent, can’t do enough for you and are always there whenever there is a problem- most of the time will send somebody out to the house in the same day to come check something. Efficient communication, friendly staff, respond to emails and questions quickly, and do monthly safety checks of the house (e.g. fire alarms), which as students definitely makes you feel safer in the house. As a letting agent, they go above and beyond for their tenants, including putting extra safety precautions in the house! Definitely the best letting agent in Selly Oak, would highly recommend!

GoogleCan't recommend King & Co enough as a Selly property agent! They were so good at communicating, always answering any questions we had extremely promptly! The team are super friendly and always helped out with any problems we had with a smile, nothing was ever too much. We were so impressed with their proffessional, friendly and efficient nature. Got deposits back really quickly too. If you want a no hassle and easy year of student renting this is definitely the people to go with!

GoogleKing & Co are seriously a massive lifesaver! After being evicted from our previous tenancy due to a rogue landlord, we had 1 day to find another house. We visited King & Co, who instantly arranged a viewing for a house and got us signed up to a tenancy just in time. I cannot thank these guys enough for the stuff they have done. They are super kind and comfortable to approach. If you need people you can trust, these guys are surely the best ones to go to! Best agency in Selly Oak for sure. 10/10
