GooglePhil was amazing, very helpful showing us around various properties and excellent to communicate with throughout, thank you so much for being patient with us! This was by far the best experience we've had with letting agents in Selly: everything felt very professional and well organised, there was no pressure to rush a decision and it felt like Phil really cared about us finding the right house rather than just pushing a sale. It’s impossible to put a price on peace of mind … these lovely people look after the running of the house on a day to day basis, as well as securing new tenants each year. I cannot praise them too highly.

GoogleWe haven’t moved into our student house yet, but Lyndsay has been extremely helpful with my search. She has shown me around 4 houses, allowed me to ask questions via email & message, was very patient when we had changes in people living in the house, and even drove me between 2 houses I was viewing when I had a bad back. I’ve had a fantastic experience so far and feel very comfortable renting a house through King & Co. :)

GoogleMy personal experience can only be described as FIVE STAR EXCELLENCE. Following many years when I managed my own properties, I switched to King and Co about 5 years ago. Since then they have looked after my houses with extreme dedication and attention. They respond very quickly to problems which are reported by tenants and they regularly keep me updated. They are a family run business and honesty and integrity are the principles by which they abide.

GoogleMyself and my housemates were very anxious around finding a house next year but King and Co’s friendly, no pressure attitude put our minds at ease. Our viewings with Lyndsay weren’t rushed we could take as much time as we needed which cannot be said for other estate agents in Selly Oak! We managed to find our dream property and any and all questions and queries were answered before any contracts or deposits were exchanged, the transparency and honesty we received was a breath of fresh air. Lyndsay was always on hand to contact if I needed and the office was more than happy, even encouraging, for me to pop in during any opening hours and I was always greeted with a smile by all staff members. I was made to feel relaxed as any issues made on our part (incorrect emails etc) were sorted immediately and I was assured this was ‘no hassle’. This team are attentive, caring and as a first year who had no clue what on earth I was doing they provided guidance and unbiased advice. I highly recommend King and Co properties and I hope to be able to stay with this company for the entirety of my university stay!

Lyndsay was by far and away the friendliest and most professional agent we spoke to in Selly Oak. The service we received from King & Co was equally excellent, worlds apart from that of other agents in the area. GoogleCan’t recommend them enough! Really quick and responsive and always happy to help. Didn’t have any problems with them and any problems we had with the house were always fixed very quickly, or if it took longer, we were kept up-to-date on the process. Everything was very straightforward and they were happy to explain or answer any queries I had, which was a lot since this was my first time renting a house. The team are super friendly and I wish them all the best :)

Its a low pressure family run business, much better than all of the other agents who I encountered who were very pushy and disrespectful tbh. GoogleI would 100% recommend King & Co, great service!! We had such an amazing experience, especially with house searching being so stressful at times, but luckily we had Mel to assit us. Having Mel helped our group a lot as she was incredibly patient with us and made our group feel at ease when looking for houses. As a group we even downsized to a smaller group and she still took the time to help us find houses to our standard with a smaller group. Which we are so thankful for!! She has such a warm, welcoming aura and was very kind always checking up on us and making us feel super comfortable, Mel was easy to talk to and we could tell her our honest opinions of the houses and she would take it on board and help us find ones closer to what we were looking for. What we loved about her the most was how enthusiastic and very joyous she was when showing us houses and always engaged in conversation with us which was really important.
