GoogleThis is a lovely family run business that goes out of its way to not scam students unlike other estate agents in the area. Lyndsay was really helpful in making sure our contract came through quickly and replied out of hours to make sure this would happen. Would thoroughly recommend and am myself renewing with them next year

FacebookThanks again so much for all your help this year, 84 Teignmouth was by far the best house I've lived in over my 4 years at bham and wish I knew about King and Co from the start! They have been so great - and always replied to our emails! If we had any problems to do with the house, they would sort it out ASAP. Many thanks again - could not give a better recommendation for anyone looking to rent in Selly!

GoogleReally excellent, friendly agency. If you're looking for a student house, these guys should be your first choice. And I say that having had experience with almost every letting agency in Selly. King and Co seem to genuinely care, they communicate well and issues are resolved promptly. The amount of friends I know with outstanding maintenance issues... We have none :)

GoogleWe live in one of king and co‘s properties, and unfortunately our door lock broke a couple of days ago. King and Co have been so helpful, specifically Phil, who I spoke to over the phone at 10pm and who spent the next hour trying his absolute best to find a solution for us! He went very much out of his way and I would definitely recommend king and co because the maintenance people are so friendly!!!!!

They managed to quickly send through the details of the available rooms and booked a viewing for us. When we actually viewed the house with Lyndsay, we found it to be lovely and modern. She also gave us a number we could text if we had any questions. Overall, it was a great experience and we have decided to sign up for the property for next year :)."

GoogleWe arrived back at our student property after the Christmas break to find an error message on our boiler. It was very cold and we had no heating or hot water. After phoning the emergency line, an engineer was with us within the hour. Both the king and Co emergency line and engineer were incredibly helpful and lovely. After four years in Selly Oak as a student, King and Co is by far the best agent ( I’ve had some nightmares!). Thank you King and Co.

There's a real mixed bag in terms of letting agents in Selly Oak but we had a very positive experience with King and Co and hope to use them again in the future.

FacebookI have rented with King and co as a 2nd and 3rd year student at the University of Birmingham, so for two years and they have always been so helpful and available to help me with anything I have needed! Super friendly, get back to me on time and wonderful people to get used to living on your own or away from home! I would 100% recommend using them for finding a house in Selly Oak/Birmingham!
