GoogleReally friendly service, they genuinely care about their customers and want to ensure their customers are happy. They’re not pushy and they’re very reliable

GoogleBy far the best agency I've worked with (and I'm not saying this lightly at all having worked with quite a few). Both Gary and Melanie are very professional, quick and effective in their responses, and generally just nice and well-rounded people. Also, I was very pleased with the quality of the house, the prices and the landlord they do business with which goes along even more. Highly recommend them.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleKing & Co Properties have been so helpful in the process of house searching/ renting a house & always give swift responses to assist us.

FacebookKing and Co are excellent. They always put in loads of effort to make sure our house was as good as can be (even though the landlord didn't care). They sent people into fix stuff very quickly after we told them there was a problem, and they replied to emails promptly. After I sent my details they sent the full deposit back straight away, no issues which I was glad for! I didn't trust that my housemates had taken proper care so was worried there would be issues, but nothing. Would definitely recommend, they totally made up for the fact that our landlord wasn't great.

GoogleI’ve worked with many agency’s throughout my time at uni and it’s safe to say that this is by far the best. Everyone is more than helpful and so friendly Im actually sad to leave. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a house and want to thank them personally again for making my last year in Birmingham so easy and hassle free!

GoogleKing and Co have honestly been the best estate agents to rent a property through in our final year at university. The team are always so friendly and helpful and have made renting so much easier than previous years. Any students looking for a house in Selly, you honestly will not want to look anywhere else! Thanks again for everything this year, we really appreciate everything you do!!

GoogleBest estate agent I’ve found for student. From the moment I had my viewing I’ve felt like they’ve helped a lot. They have very good communication and are very understanding. Mel&Gary especially have helped a lot in regards to queries and communication with the landlord for us which enabled us to sign the contract. I would highly recommend King&Co properties!

GoogleKing and co were extremely helpful during the time at which I needed them. I personally had an issue with my bed when I moved into my house and they quickly responded to my issue and gave me a brand new mattress within a week. The staff are really friendly and go to all lengths to make sure you have a good time when staying at one of their properties. I definitely recommend their services.

GoogleStayed in a property managed by King and Co. for two years and I honestly couldn't have wished for a better letting agents'. Every issue we raised they dealt with swiftly and kindly, even to the extent that one month I was forced to delay my rent due to a mispayment at work, which they completely understood. I recommend King and Co. to everyone looking to live in Selly Oak.

GoogleThere are a lot of really, really, really terrible estate agents in Selly Oak. King and Co were easily the best of my 4 years at Uni. They listened to complaints and responded quickly, our deposits were returned with zero hassle and they have the friendliest staff by a landslide. Would definitely recommend when looking for places to live in the area.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleI've rented with King & Co. for three years and they were always quick to respond to any issues, including ones that didn't concern them directly (i.e. finding a place to store luggage for a few weeks when I had no alternative). I can't complain at all and would recommend them to anyone moving to Selly Oak!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleI've been with most of the estate agents in Selly, and none compare to King & Co. Quick to sort anything and everything out, fair and friendly. Other agents will try and overdo the deposit or the administration fees etc, but King & Co don't try and scam you out of money like that. 10/10 would go with them again over the others.

GoogleI would highly recommend this agency, especially for students, like me, who need extra help in a new environment! During my tenancy and my collaboration with King and co, they were most helpful in every issue arose and they always try to sort our problems out immediately. Based on my experience and comparing to other agencies they are the best in services' quality!
