GoogleA fantastic letting agency who are always on hand to help with any queries and problems. They were nothing but respectful of our privacy and living space and aimed to allow our time in the house to be as comfortable as possible. Would definitely recommend choosing King & Co when living in the selly oak area.

GoogleWithout a doubt the best estate agency that I have ever used so far - The difference is huge. The team are super friendly and clearly actually care about the tenants. They will often go out of their way to help. Any problems were solved pretty quickly and with zero resistance. I would strongly recommend!

GoogleWould highly recommend King and Co. They helped us with finding our house without any minimal fuss, and answered queries or problems we had quickly and efficiently. They were kind and supportive while we were deciding on what we wanted to do about renting next year. Would definitely choose them again for renting student housing.

GoogleThis is a great agent to use for lettings and so much better than other's I've been involved with. When my daughter had to withdraw from a tenancy agreement and find an alternative tenant to take over they dealt with this smoothly and efficiently, with good communications.

GoogleExcellent service, always keeping in touch with updates for services on the house. Whenever we've had a problem with the house they were always quick to respond to emails and to sort the problem. We've had no complaints about King and Co. and would highly recommend.
