Excellent experience dealing with Jordan, Sophie and Shannon throughout the whole process, from valuation through to completion. The whole process has been smooth.Exceptionally professional and really helpful. I’ve met Jordan and Sophie, outstanding customer service from them both, they are both really personable and they couldn’t do enough to help me, I can’t thank them both enough. Great experience from the moment I first called, arranged a video viewing within minutes, and then straight forward process to getting our new property. Lily, Megan, Junace and I think Connor all gave a positive experience and made life very easy. Thank you all for your help and support to finding our dream new home. I've had a property on the market with John Shepherd for 3 months. We've had no viewings arranged at all. Today I found out that their office is now a café and the office is closed. My emails and phone calls have not been answered. Beware.

I had a viewing with Lily last Tuesday and put in mine and my partners application for our desired property straight away. Within the same day, we had everything sent to us to process and a week later, everything has gone through and been confirmed! It has overall been a great experience, communication was amazing throughout with fast responses to any queries/concerns. The service we had has been outstanding and we couldn’t have had a more smooth and straightforward process. I would 100% recommend John Shepherd Estate Agents and we look forward to moving into our new home ☺️
