I recently worked with this letting agency to find a new rental property, and overall, I had a positive experience. The staff was responsive and friendly, helping me navigate through the rental process smoothly. They provided a good selection of properties that matched my preferences and budget. While there were a couple of minor communication delays, they were resolved promptly, and I appreciated their (Megan specially) effort to address any concerns I had.

This company is a scam. They fail to respond to basic requests, they make threats on which they deliver, and offer atrocious basic services. Frankly I'm suprised they're still in business and can only imagine that the positive reviews are posted by their staff members.

Can’t recommend John Shepherd enough. Shannon in particular goes above and beyond the call of duty and is always quick to respond and get things done. A great friendly and efficient team. We used them to sell two properties and purchase another last year. In the process of selling another property this year and didn’t hesitate to go back to John Shepherd.

GoogleI rented a property with John Shepherd in Birmingham for 2 years. I received outstanding service from Gita, who was conscientious with helping out with any queries or concerns. She also helped me extensively with the move-out process, which I am grateful for. Despite a sometimes challenging landlord (not John Shepherds fault), Gita’s consistent hard work and efforts with me as a tenant made the rental experience much smoother. Highly recommended.
