GoogleThis agency is not recommended for students, they take advantage of your lack of knowledge & abuse their power. Kai - the property manager was very argumentative over the phone when trying to deal with a situation, he is not very helpful. Also I called the maintenance team multiples times on different occasions & we never received a response from them. When there was a fire in the building, located on our floor, there was no power & tenants were not allowed in the property, despite this the agency / property manager never reached out to their tenants & blamed it on the fact that ‘no one knew’

I was advised to go with them for the close personal attention they would be able to provide. As it happened, the flat was only on the market for 4-5 days and a tenant was in within a week. 2 years and a couple of tenancies later, John Shepherd continue to deliver excellent results for me. Lily and Kai in particular have been excellent at finding suitable new tenants and caring for my property. They always go the extra mile to close the deal and get the job done in record speed: professional, persistent, perfect! Thank you.
