After aborted efforts with a couple of local agents, and interviews with several others, I decided to go with James Lawrence. Mattias Tench looked after us. I felt James Lawrence knew the market and were familiar with our apartment block. Mattias interviewed prospective tenants for the apartment we were seeking to let. I took his advice on the people he thought suitable. Mattias got it so right. He found the perfect tenants for which I am so grateful. He could not have done better than that. And I know that I can always contact him should I need advice
