Everything was smooth from initial interest to signing paperwork and further contact during the tenancy. Nothing is ever too much to ask. Would recommend to anyone looking for an estate agent.

Caroline Tiernan-Baker in particular as the sales progressor was exceptional. Despite some challenges selling a leasehold property, she worked tirelessly throughout to ensure we got to completion. Without her I don’t think it would have happened and despite all this hard work, she took the time to keep my informed. I really appreciate everything Caroline and Henry have done throughout the process. I would definitely recommend them.

GoogleRecently completed on a flat sale with James Lawrence and it was the straightforward process one could normally only hope for. Nice to have estate agents (Henry & team) who were ahead of you at every moment in terms of updates on the sale. If you like to be well informed, advised and are generally a-bit too busy with life to let the buying/ selling of your property become a typical housing headache then I’d only recommend them to alleviate the strain!!
